Trauma With Your Mama is an 8-week course to guide you to better understand yourself, how the Trauma With Your Mama shaped you, and to share tools and knowledge that will help you align back to your truest highest self.
We heal too
A communal space to integrate ancestral wisdom (West African, Caribbean, and Yogic Philosophy) into our daily lives, which improves our overall well-being. Our goal is to be in community with like-minded tribe while communing on a personal level with the Most High using our breath, introspection, prayer, and communication.
