Call me Patty because I have been baking dem CAKES!

Seriously, I don’t know why, but whenever I take a break from instagram, I start baking *insert crying laughing face*. It’s the weirdest phenomenon ever, but my man seems to like it.

You know what’s funny, I actually liked baking since I was in my early teens. Okay, it wasn’t the baking part that I liked, but the decoration part was my favorite along with someone being really happy that I made them a cake. I would literally make cakes and not eat them because Ive always hated frosting.

Fast forward to about a year and a half ago, I decided to stalk pinterest and give vegan baking a go. I made some vegan donuts and the cupcake version of the vegan lemon cake pictured above. I have pictures of them somewhere on the internet, but you’re just going to have to take my word for them.

I am not going to post the recipes because #1 they aren’t mine, & #2, I usually tweak them a little bit. Like, I actually used eggs in the carrot cake because I forgot to get applesauce. I will, however provide the links to the recipes I did use!

Also, if you want to know all of the things that I want to make, you can follow me on pinterest by clicking here!

I’ve always been one to play around and try stuff out so I also made this kind of cheese danish kind of thing with strawberry preserves. I basically used Pillsbury GRANDS as my base then added the cream cheese frosting that I had left over and put a dollop of the preserves on top! It was my first time making these, so they didint come out as perfect as I wanted them, but they were BANGINGGGG! My man loved them and my mom definitely wouldn’t allow us to eat the last two haha!
